Blue Prime Capital is a funding brokerage company based in Florida that connects small and medium-sized businesses with merchant cash advance (MCA) and other business financing solutions. We act as an intermediary between merchants and funders. We do not directly fund transactions.
By submitting an application through our Site, you authorize Blue Prime Capital to:
- Review your business and financial information
- Submit your application to one or more funding partners on your behalf
- Contact you via phone, email, or SMS regarding your application
- Pull soft or hard credit inquiries as required by funders
3. Not a Loan
Merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing products offered through our funding partners are purchases of future receivables and are NOT loans. Repayment amounts and terms vary by funder and are based on your business revenue. These products are not subject to usury laws applicable to traditional loans.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible for our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Own or operate a legitimate U.S.-based business
- Have a minimum of 6 months in business
- Have a minimum of $20,000 in average monthly gross revenue
- Maintain an active business bank account
- Not have an open bankruptcy
5. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
6. No Guarantee of Funding
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Funding decisions are made solely by our funding partners based on their underwriting criteria. Blue Prime Capital makes no representations or warranties regarding approval amounts, terms, or timelines.
7. Fees and Commissions
Blue Prime Capital receives compensation from funding partners in the form of commissions or fees when a deal is successfully funded. These fees are paid by the funder, not the merchant, unless otherwise disclosed in writing. Any origination fees or other charges will be disclosed prior to funding.
8. Communication Consent
By submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Blue Prime Capital and its funding partners via telephone, email, and SMS, including autodialed or prerecorded calls and messages. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at mark@blueprimecapital.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Blue Prime Capital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
